TDS
has developed a unique bench/cabinet
style lab extruder with a removable
film take off system. This allows
the system to go from cast to blown
to ribbon film by utilizing an independent wheeled storage
cart
that simply exchanges towers then plug in
the new take off tower and change dies
in approx. 15 minutes. This is done
at a fraction of the cost of supplying
independent extruders to run the variety
of films. There is no operator or
product quality compromises in this
multi capacity universal machine.
