Log
Spray Systems
Description:
Product
to be applied is metered into a batch tank
system. The mixed fluid is then pumped to
a day tank unit. The mixed fluid is then
pumped to tips mounted in a circular manifold
within a negatively pressurized spray chamber
were mixed fluid is applied the outside
of the log. Vapors created in the spray
chamber are removed by our unique air knife
suction system. Vapors are pulled through
a mist elimination system, which turn vapors
into droplets for reuse. All excess fluid
is then returned from the chamber and mist
eliminator to the pump room where it is
filtered. Once filtered the clean liquid
is returned back to the day tank for reuse.
