Linear
Recirculating
System
Description:
The
system operates as follows: Product to be
applied is metered into a batch tank system.
The mixed fluid is then pumped to a day
tank unit. The mixed fluid is then pumped
to tips mounted on a top and bottom manifold
within a negatively pressurized spray chamber
where the mixed fluid is applied to all
four sides of the lumber. Vapors created
in the spray chamber are removed by our
unique air knife suction system, which draws
the vapor through a mist elimination baffle
system, which turns the vapors into droplets
for reuse. All the excess fluid is then
returned from the chamber and mist eliminator
to the pump room where it is filtered through
a rotary separator unit. Once filtered the
clean liquid is returned back to the day
tank for reuse.
