Seal System
The
system operates as follows: Lumber trimmed
after treatment passes through our end spray
chamber where the ends are treated. An automatic
spray gun controlled by a timer turns on
and off as the boards pass by treating the
ends. Vapors created are removed through
a mist elimination baffled suction system.
Vapors move through the baffles causing
them to turn into droplets, these droplets
are returned concentrate container for reuse.
